   Mother Deborah opening our first class with a blessing of the ingredients. Catherine Trefz led a a nearly full class on how to make wonderful desserts. There was hands-on learning, tasting the sweet results and, to finish off, a beautiful lunch of stuffed chicken breast in phyllo topped off with some of the desserts the class help make.
